Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of Modernvet’s 'Premise Excellence' standards in collaboration with executive leadership, ensuring optimal interior aesthetics, functionality, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive physical audits across all branches to strictly enforce operational standards and identify building maintenance issues and coordinate with internal project and maintenance teams.
• Formulate and continuously update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee swift and effective issue resolution.
• Lead daily shift meetings to align operational staff, address immediate concerns, and foster a highly collaborative work environment.

• Define and enforce strict 'Housekeeping Excellence' standards across all customer waiting areas, medical rooms, staff zones, and storage facilities to guarantee a spotless and clutter-free environment.
• Regulate indoor air quality and temperature, ensuring air conditioning units are serviced periodically to provide a consistently fresh and pleasant atmosphere.
• Manage centralized laundry operations to ensure a steady, efficient distribution of clean apparel for all staff members across our branches.
• Train, mentor, and monitor housekeeping staff in partnership with Branch Manager to cultivate a culture of promptness, politeness, and exceptional hygiene

• Curate a welcoming, warm, and sophisticated clinic ambiance by overseeing the flawless maintenance of all furnishings, fixtures, and interior decor, alongside the placement and freshness of floral arrangements and plants to consistently elevate visual appeal.
• Uphold impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards across all clinic areas including treatment rooms, restrooms, waiting lounges, and back-of-house by enforcing rigorous sanitation protocols, supervising housekeeping routines, and conducting regular inspections to ensure every surface and high-touch area remains spotless and presentation-ready.
• Curate a signature sensory experience by managing ambient scent, diffusers, air purifiers, to deliver consistently pleasant, on-brand aromas and optimal air quality, free from any clinical or unpleasant odors.
• Analyze client feedback on facility conditions, hygiene, and ambiance, and proactively implement corrective and preventive action plans to continuously elevate the overall customer experience.

• Monitor and replenish customer consumables in lobbies and restrooms proactively to prevent shortages and maintain service quality.
• Oversee the inventory of branch supplies, including operational materials and complimentary client refreshments, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
• Lead the end-to-end procurement of all non-medical supplies required for branch and hospital operations — including tissues, beverages, pantry items, cleaning agents and tools, housekeeping equipment, and general consumables — ensuring timely sourcing, quality assurance, and uninterrupted availability across all locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to secure the best value without compromising premium standards.
• Implement cost-effective stocking and procurement strategies alongside energy usage efficiencies, balancing operational excellence with disciplined cost control

• Direct all premises security operations, ensuring strict adherence to protocols regarding parking management, door attendance, and warm guest greetings.
• Establish comprehensive emergency response plans and security SOPs to expertly mitigate and handle any unforeseen operational disruptions.
• Cultivate positive, professional relationships between the security team, visiting clients, and the surrounding local community.

• Supervise the performance of outsourced IT providers to minimize downtime across crucial infrastructure, including internet connectivity, computer terminals, and branch intranets.
• Evaluate and manage third-party cleaning vendors and security vendors to ensure strict compliance with internal Housekeeping Excellence and Premises Safety metrics.
• Negotiate and review outsourced vendor contracts to secure optimal return on investment while upholding Modernvet’s uncompromising standards.

• Govern the operational readiness of the Modernvet transport fleet, guaranteeing all vehicles remain clean, tidy, and visually presentable.
• Schedule and oversee regular vehicular maintenance and servicing to ensure maximum safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with a relentless focus on maintaining impeccable standards of quality, cleanliness, and organizational order.
• Proven ability to spot the smallest operational deviations and take swift, decisive corrective action.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, adept at motivating both internal staff and outsourced vendors.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients, community members, and executive leadership.
• Previous background in hospitality management, premium facility management, or high-end clinic operations is highly preferred.
