Job Summary:
Responsible for creating engaging visual content and managing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. This role combines creative design skills with strategic content planning to strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Development
- Create visual content including graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms such as websites, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative design concepts, prototypes, and visual assets aligned with campaign objectives.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and follow the company’s brand guidelines across all materials.
2. Basic Social Media Management
- Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Assist in developing content calendars and ensure timely posting according to marketing plans.
- Monitor engagement metrics, respond to basic inquiries or comments, and support community management efforts.
- Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and best practices to continuously improve performance and creativity.
3. Collaboration
- Work closely with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new visual and social content ideas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure design and content objectives are met.
4. Editing and Proofing
- Review and proofread designs before publication to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Revise designs and social media content based on feedback from senior designers, marketing leads, or clients.
5. Research and Trends
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging digital tools.
- Conduct research on social media and design trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to enhance creativity and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design and/or Social Media Content Creation
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut) are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media content creation, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
